Maricha: Maricha increases appetite, stimulates the formation of acid and inhibits the gaseous formation. The hot potency of Maricha enhances the bioavailability properties and alleviates dyspepsia, indigestion, flatulence, nausea, diarrhoea and colic pain. It is regarded as an analgesic, appetizer and carminative.

Hingula: Hingula or cinnabar is an ore of mercury that mitigates three doshas. Hingula is a metallic ingredient known to have cooling and soothing properties. It is a good appetizer, enhances body strength and power of digestion. It quells nausea.

Navsadara: Navasadara is one of the chemical compounds used extensively in Ayurveda. It is a good appetizer, a digestive agent and improves appetite. Navasadara is also used to manage abdominal distention, dryness of mouth and acidity.
