Shudh bhilawa:
Being bitter and pungent in nature it balances vata and kapha dosha. Being hot in potency helps in stimulating digestive fire and digests Aam dosha (metabolic toxins) which is a key responsible factor of joint problems like Rheumatoid Arthritis (i.e Amavata) .  Being penetrative in nature  reduces inflammation and pain.  

Guggul:
It has anti-inflammatory , anti-arthritic properties. It works wonders as an analgesic (pain reliever),  It helps in reducing swelling , pain and stiffness in joints so helpful in osteoarthritis as well as rheumatoid Arthritis. Apart from that Guggul also helps in weight management and lowering cholesterol level.

Haridra:
Helps in  reducing inflammation and decreases pain as it balances vata in the body. Balances all the three doshas vata, pitta, kapha in the body. Being hot in potency is analgesic (pain reliever)  in nature. It has antioxidant properties, promotes recovery and   improves symptoms of the diseases.
