Bhringraj- In Ayurveda, Bhringraj is also known as keshrajan. It is used not only for hair issues but also helps with liver and skin diseases. In Ayurveda, its properties are mentioned as keshya, tvachya, krimighna, netrya, krimihar, and kushtya. Therefore, it aids in hair issues as well as in skin and liver-related disorders. Bhringraj possesses carminative properties that aid digestion and promote good liver health. It is known for its hepatoprotective, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and laxative properties.

Kala Til-  Black sesame seeds are considered best among all( white and red til) in ayurveda. Black sesame seeds are rich in nutrients that are important for hair like vitamins A, B, and E and minerals like calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron and good fat. These nutrients help to nourish the hair follicles and promote healthy hair growth.

Amla- Amla possesses antioxidant properties and is rich in vitamin C. According to Ayurveda, it also has a pitta shamak property, which aids in preventing greying of hair. Amla enhances the natural colour of hair, protects hair follicles from damage, promotes hair growth, and strengthens hair. It supports digestion and boosts metabolism. It is an excellent immunity booster.
