Amalaki: Amla or Indian gooseberry is a powerful immunity-enhancer as it prevents recurrent infections. Amla enhances food absorption and digestion. It also strengthens respiratory function, vision and is an excellent cardiotonic. It works as an astringent, mild laxative and blood purifying properties.

Vibhitaki: Vibhitaki has astringent, digestive and antispasmodic properties. It purifies and removes excess mucus and helps in the absorption of essential nutrients. Vibhitaki has antioxidant, antimicrobial, antidiarrheal, and hepatoprotective properties. It also cleanses the tissues and is beneficial for the eyes.
